This chocolate Coca-Cola cake is an easier recipe than you might imagine. It’s as easy as 1,2,3. Mix all the ingredients, pour into a baking pan, and bake!
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease and flour a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan mix the coca-cola, vegetable oil, butter, and cocoa powder. Heat the mixture until the butter melts. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a large bowl combine the sugar, flour, and salt.
- Pour the cola mixture over the flour mixture and beat until combined. Then beat in the eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
