Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounces.) tube crescent dough
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup. whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Flour, for surface
  • 1 (8-ounces.) wheel of brie
  • 6 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/4 cup. chopped pecans

Instructions

    1. Get started by preheating your oven to 375 degrees, and grease your mini muffin tin with a light dusting of cooking spray. On a floured surface, simply roll out the crescent dough and pinch it together at the seams. Cut this into 24 even squares, then place squares into muffin
      tin slots.
    2. Cut up your favorite brie cheese into small pieces and then place them inside of the crescent dough. Top this off with a hefty spoonful of cranberry sauce, a small handful of chopped pecans, and one small sprig of rosemary.
    3. Bake this beautiful dish until you notice the crescent pastry starting to golden, about 15 minutes or so.
