- 1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry, cut to squares to a size that fits the sandwich maker
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup shredded gruyere cheese
- ¼ cup chopped ham
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons leftover mashed potatoes
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, combine the gruyere cheese, chopped ham, chives, mashed potatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
